Getting away from the 8am-5pm highly scheduled and restrictive model can be a very difficult transition. It takes a lot of planning, work and continuous implementation. There are also a lot of forces, comfort being the strongest one, keeping you set in your current way of doing business.

However, we believe that the 'good' business practices of day practice are the primary thing that is keeping your practice from being 'great.'
